This hand painted fifty percent threshold is a quiet protest to drawing. Through months of methodical labor (some 5300 quarter inch squares), I've produced something that could have easily been exicuted within minutes using antiquated technology. This grey scale is neither a simple black or white field, but rather complicated as it sits in the middle.
